Tag Team Top 5 for the Week of January 27th, 2014
1. Men of the Year (Michael Elgin & Ethan Page)-Another big 
title defense at AAW equals another Number 1 Ranking for MOTY. It was an indy dream match of sorts as Elgin & Page defended the AAW Tag Team Titles vs. Ricochet & Uhaa Nation on 1/24. They came out on top and still undefeated as a team at AAW. This is their second #1 ranking as a team.
2. Michael Hayes & Mohamad Ali Vaez-After a double countout last week, the OVW Southern Tag Team Champions bounced back this week with a victory vs. The Wing Men (Dylan Bostic & Jessie Godderz) on 1/22. They have not lost a match as a team since December 7th, 2013 and they generally compete every single week. Amazing year so far for them.
3. The Decade (BJ Whitmer & Jimmy Jacobs)-This reunited duo is continuing their recent success since reforming. This time they teamed to defeat Adrenaline RUSH (ACH & TaDarius Thomas) at ROH on 1/25. With an IWA Mid-South tag match in their future and more ROH appearances upcoming, this tag team could easily climb to the #1 ranking in the upcoming weeks. They are
undefeated since reuniting as a team.
4. Lords of Kaos (Damien Wayne & Lance Erikson)-The NEW NWA U.S. Tag Team Champions competed in a single night tournament at NWA SAW on 1/24 and came out victorious. First they defeated Jocephus & Abriella via countout before defeating Charles Alexander & Jason Kincaid in the finals. A 2-0 weekend scores them a #4 ranking this week and their first ranking, period.
5. Rage and The Machine (Michael McAllister & The Mecha Mercenary)-The CWF Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions won a HUGE Four Way Gauntlet Match at Night of Grudge Matches on 1/25. They were able to retain their titles vs. Bobby Wohlfert & Ty Tyson and Aaron Biggs & Chris Lea and MC 123 & Rudy Lewis. This isn’t the first time their names have popped up on this list and it likely won’t be the last.

Zero Gravity (Brett Gakiya & CJ Esparza)-Defeated Dan Lawrence & Markus Crane at AAW Chaos Theory 2014 on 1/24.
