Probably the worst kept secret in the National Wrestling Alliance was the announcement of “Sugarfoot”
Alex Payne being announced as the final entrant into the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Tournament. Payne defeated Joey Spades at NWA Coastal’s event on Sept 10th, 2011 to secure the final seat, although he was officially announced until today. For those unfamiliar with the Junior Heavyweight from New Jersey , he will be on this week on NWA On Fire’s Television show, as he takes on Dan Murdoch. Alex Payne will join the likes of NWA EAST’s Chris Taylor, NWA Anarchy’s Steven Walters, NWA Hollywood’s Scorpio Sky, NWA Rampage Pro’s Mike Posey, NWA Midwest’s Tony Kozina, NWA Smoky Mountain’s Chase Owens, and NWA Southwest’s Kevin Douglas.
