#Spoiler Alert: Perfect Storm goes 2-0 in Hollywood and accepts a challenge.

Magnus meet Storm The last time we saw the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship in a Hollywood wrestling ring, it was a very bloody first installment of the Seven Levels of Hate. Since then the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship has been carried by six different men. “Tokyo Monster” Kahagas, Rob Conway, Satoshi Kojima, Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Jax Dane and reigning champion Tim Storm. The title was featured briefly in New Japan, would be defended routinely in the Mid South area of the United States and would become one of the highlights of the Cauliflower Alley Club’s convention wrestling show each year. Although the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship had never been defended into the Oceanview Pavilion, the crowd welcomed Tim Storm as a returning hero when he made his first of three appearances at the CWFH Television Taping on September the 23rd.

Tim Storm defeated Jax Dane for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship on  October 21, 2016.  Since then the “Perfect Storm” has defended that title against Matt Riviera, Byron Wilcot, Rodney Mack, Damien Wayne, and even defended in Japan against Ryota Hama for Diamond Star Wrestling.  But Tim Storm’s career with the National Wrestling Alliance actually stretches back to his first challenge at the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship in World Legion Wrestling (which would later rename itsefl World League Wrestling) against “The Beast” Dan Severn.  Along the way Storm had competed in many NWA promotions along with NWA Wildside and NWA South-West.  Tim Storm was also the TCW Heavyweight Champion.  TCW briefly was a regional wrestling program that aired on television and focused on more traditional style of wrestling.  Tim Storm defeated NWA World Heavyweight Champion Jax Dane at an NWA Texoma Wrestling event in Sherman, Texas to win the title, ending Dane’s 14-month reign.

However, Tim Storm will make his CWFH Television debut on October 7th, when Championship Wrestling from Hollywood airs in over 110 CW Markets along with its ever increasing network of television production partners.  For the first time in five years, the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship will be showcased on National Television.  Storm defeated Nicky Dice and the returning JR Kratos.  The conclusion of Storm versus Dice, a gentleman by the name of Nick Aldis lays down a challenge to the Worlds Heavyweight Champion.  Aldis, formerly of Impact Wrestling held the Global Title before it was Unified with the Impact Title.  He also held the Impact Title before it was Unified with the Global Title.  Aldis is an international World Class competitor.  This big match doesn’t have a date just yet, but may end up on a Championship Wrestling from Hollywood Television Taping.
