Sons of Former NWA Tag Team Champion Enter The Crockett Cup| NWA News

Twin brothers Terrell and Terrence Huges were announced for the next NWA PPV 2023 Crockett Cup. The mostly annual tag team tournament has a significant pay-per-view for the National Wrestling Alliance. Last year’s tournament winners were The Briscoes and the previous cup champions were Brody King and PCO. This will be the first time TNT will wrestle for the NWA.

Terrence and Terrell were trained by their father D-Von and his tag team partner Bully Ray at the Team 3D Academy. The pair have been wrestling for the past eight years mostly in the South East including stops in AML, USWA, GW, and PW2.0. In 2020 then spent some time with AEW during their Daily’s Place residency. In the last year, they have really begun to spread their wings as they’ve competed in Puerto Rico, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Wisconsin, and even Ontario Canada.

D-Von is One-Half of the Most Successful Tag Teams of All Time

D-Von Dudley is celebrated in two separate pro wrestling halls of fame. He and Bully Ray have held tag team championships everywhere. Eight-time ECW World Tag Team Champions, “WCW” World Tag Team Champions, eight-time WWF World Tag Team Champions, NWA World Tag Team Champions, two-time IWGP Tag Team Champions, and two-time TNA World Tag Team Champions. TNT have large shoes to fill, but a victory at Crockett Cup would be an achievement even their father hadn’t accomplished.
