RockNES Monsters: New United Tag Team Champions

The United Wrestling Network Tag Team Titles were declared vacant on December 20th following Reno Scum’s Adam Thornstowe’s Injury. Match makers in Hollywood put the titles on the line when the RockNES Monsters defeated Double Platinum as the Main Event on the January 6th Television Taping.

Yuma and BHK returned to Championship Wrestling from Hollywood on Episode 369 to defeat The Rancheros (Raul & Rogelio) after a year and a half hiatus from wrestling. The duo were previously the three time CWFH Heritage Tag Team Champions and defended the titles in Mexico.

Chris Bey and Suede Thompson started teaming together after Bey won a Best of Seven series that stretched over to both Championship Wrestling from Arizona as well as CWFH. The two bonded during the series of matches and consequently helped Royce Isaacs retain his Hollywood Heritage Title in a Ladder Match against “Uptown” Andy Brown. It appears the duo have joined the stable with Isaccs, managed by Jamie Iovine.

It appears that Thornstowe has been cleared to return to wrestling. Which means the Reno Scum will be back in action. Reno Scum made the titles a true World Title when they traveled to China to defeat Alex Chamberlain and Watts. With a healthy Thornstowe and Luster the Legend, the United Wrestling Network should grant the duo an opportunity to wrestle for the titles they never lost.
