It was back in October, I broke the news that the relationship between New Japan and the NWA was nearing end. And from the very get go, the NWA Faithful speculated who might become the new representatives of the NWA in Japan. A lot of speculation continued to grow when it was announced that the Zero One created NWA United National Championship would be re-activated in the South Pacific, with NWA Pro Wrestling Australia’s new partnership with Zero One. This title will travel down south to NWA Pro Australia for a tournament to decide the new champion in February 2011.
However it was made official last week when Zero One Officials made the announcement. Although Zero One is not yet a full member, their matches will now be sanctioned by the National Wrestling Alliance.
