The Independent Wrestling Expo presented by Fighting Words Promotion has scheduled a NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship Match for August 29th in North Richland Hills, TX at the NYTEX Sports Centre.

To his credit Aldis has been continuing to train with stablemate Thomas Latimer, but there is not telling what ring rust the Worlds Heavyweight Champion may be carrying with the lack of in ring competition due to Covid-19.
Jeff Cobb has recently joined the roster of Lion’s Break Collision and NJPW Strong, off shoots of New Japan USA and is scheduled to be a part of the NJPW USA Cup Tournament, with the winner being given a shot at the IWGP United States Champion.
The third man in the match will not be determined until night one, with the winner of the Battle Royal being included into the Worlds Title match the following night. Talents from SWE, AEW, MLW, and Impact Wrestling are also schedule to be apart of the show, which could radically change up the Night 2 Main Event.
