NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Returns to Kingsport

The path of “The Aldis Crusade” continues through Kingsport Tennessee as part of Innovate Pro Wrestling’s Tradition Rises. Innovate Pro Wrestling’s debut event at the Colonial Heights Middle School in Kingsport. The King Lynn native quite literally has been on a conquest to prove his wrestling prowess to National Wrestling Alliance and the World of Wrestling in general. Aldis since becoming champion has defeated the likes of Harlem Bravado, Dan Evans, Phil Boyd (a former NWA United Kingdom Heavyweight Champion and multi-time NWA Ireland Heavyweight Champion), David Starr (CZW Standout), Bram (former Impact and Pro Wrestling Noah star), Joseph Conners (WWE UK Tourney semi-finalist), Alexander James (WXW Standout) and former WWE Wrestler James Ellsworth. Aldis has promised to defend the Worlds Heavyweight Championship in no less than four continents. With North America and Europe already spoken for, Aldis is building towards a match in China and a match in Australia.
However, he must first get through Devin Driscoll. Driscoll is no slouch. With victories over former NWA World Champions Rob Conway and Jax Dane, Crimson, Mahabali Shera, and Jeff Cobb, he is certainly a force to be reckoned with. The last time Driscoll faced off against Aldis it was at a NWA Promoted event for a NWA Regional Championship, he defeated Aldis to retain the title. Driscoll’s had successful runs in Ohio Valley Wrestling as a former TV Champion and 1/2 of the Southern Tag Team Champions. Since joining Innovative’s Illuminati, Driscoll has gone on to hold the IPW United States Championship (by defeating Jeff Connelly, Toby Farley, and Chase Owens.
This match could definitely be the biggest test of The National Treasure’s mettle yet. Especially if the Illuminati get involved.
The show also features a Four Way for the IPW’s United States Tag Team Titles The Cross Brothers defending against The Party Boys, the Jones Boyz, and Tyler Foshie and Wild Bill.
Mixed Tag Team Wrestling will also be featured when Nicole Pain and Leanny Stratton take on Saradox and Jeff Connelly. In a special grudge match the Heat Seekers will face the members of the Illuminati and more. General admission just $10 dollars, ring side @15. Kids 10 and under just $8.
