NWA Woman’s Champion Jazz defends against Joseline Navarro at MEGA Championship Wrestling

Last night via Facebook the North East Ohio based MEGA Championship Wrestling announced that NWA Woman’s Championship will be on the line when Jazz faces Joseline Navarro at Raise the Roof: A Fundraiser for the Ladies Auxiliary Roof Fund this Saturday Night at the at the American Legion Post 717, 8820 Bender Rd, North Ridgeville.  The match was scheduled in October, but only recently has been cleared as a title match.

Joseline Navarro is an up and comer based out of Ohio.  She competes regularly for MEGA Championship Wrestling and has a propensity to mix it up in inter-gender tag team matches and battle royals.  Navarro has been establishing her name through out Ohio working for promotions like Infinite Pro Wrestling, Unda Ground Wrestling.  “Caribbean Chocolate” was awarded this matched according to the press-release; “based on her performances throughout 2018.”  Navarro in several videos posted to her social media accounts welcomes the match with Jazz because in her words; “I’m stepping into the ring with my idol.  The woman that inspired me to become a professional wrestler.”

Jazz has retained her title against Penelope Ford and Jordynne Grace. The match against Ford at the NWA 70th Anniversary was a statement match, showcasing her brutality against Ford. Jazz’s defense against Grace seemed to be more competitive.  Grace seemed to give as much punishment as she took.  Both matches are available via PPV, the NWA 70th is available on FITE TV and Women’s Wrestling Revolution on Powerbomb.tv.

Prior to the show, the Woman’s Champion will be hosting a wrestling seminar that is open to any trained wrestler or any current trainee.  It should be known that Jazz along with her husband Rodney Mack trained many wrestlers including “The 300 lb” Manimal and former NWA Worlds Junior Heavyweight Champion Kevin Douglas as well as many others.
