NWA Smoky Mountain and PWF Merge

As reported on the Alliance Message Board, Pro Wrestling Federation has come to terms with a merger with NWA Smoky Mountain.

For most of 2012, NWA Smoky Mountain and PWF have used nearly the same crew of wrestlers, so the most logical step was to officially merge into 1 unified promotion. All the PWF staff will be still have the exact same roles as members of NWA Smoky Mountain team. The great action that wrestling fans have come to except in Rogersville will stay exactly the same. The PWF Television Title, currently held by Johnny Knieval will now be known as the NWA Southern Television Title… The fate of the PWF Heavyweight Title has yet to be decided.

Currently the NWA Smoky Mountain Champion is Jason Kincaid who’s coming up on a full year as being champion.  Josh Crawford and Knieval are the NWA Tennesse Tag Team Champions and Chase Owens is the reigning and defending Mountain Empire Champion.

Friday night, October 12th the National Wrestling Alliance comes to Rogersville, TN for The Havoc Before Halloween 2012!

For the first time ever, 1/2 of the NWA Tennessee Tag Team Champions Josh Crawford will wrestle Thorn. Also, Johnny Kn

ieval will defend the newly re-named NWA Southern Television Title against “The Reaper” Matt Conard, and The Illuminati face off against Menace and Chase Owens in what could possibly be one of Owens’ last matches in the mountain empire.
Luckily we’ll be speaking to Tony Givens and Chase Owens this Saturday 1:30PM Eastern, 10:30AM Pacific on talkNWA
