NWA: New Breed Wrestling Association

New Breed is now the 2nd International Member of the National Wrestling Alliance, joining All Action Wrestling from Australia. Could the NWA World Heavyweight Championship return to the United Kingdom in 2014?
NWA: New Breed Wrestling Association Fans,
The big question that I am being asked at the moment is why?
Firstly lets start with what the National Wrestling Alliance is:
The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) is a professional wrestling governing body which has historically been the largest alliance of independent wrestling promotions in the world. The organization sanctions various NWA championship bouts within its member promotions. The NWA has been in operation since 1948. Prior to the 1960s, it acted as the sole governing body for most of professional wrestling, operating as a talent and brand name franchiser for the inter-regional “territory” system.

National_Wrestling_Alliance What does this mean for us UK fans?
Well at least once a year the prestigous NWA World Heavyweight Championship currently held by former WWE star: Rob Conway and once held by wrestling legends including: Harley Race, Ric Flair, Sting, Dusty Rhodes and many more will be defended at one of our shows right here in the UK.
However the championship matches do not just stop at the Heavyweight Championship, we will be looking to bring NWA World Champions across all divisions that simply you would have to be in Japan or the USA to witness.
All of the UK fans have wanted to put UK wrestling back on the International map…well this might well assist in doing so as talent from the NWA: New Breed Wrestling Association roster will be reported on for the world to see via the NWA website and Facebook page.
Hopefully this will answer a few questions.
