NWA Fusion returns to King and Queen Elementary for what may be the biggest taping for NWA Fusion Meltdown EVER! For the very first time, The Mempho Mofo faces Mr. Mid-Atlantic Damien Wayne in the finals of the King of the Mid-Atlantic Tournament. If the Mofo is victorious he will not only be crowned the King of the Mid-Atlantic, but the NWA Continental Champion as well. If Damien Wayne wins then he will become the King of the Mid-Atlantic, but he and the Mofo will have to meet again to decide the Continental Championship.
In a Four Team Elimination Match, The champions, “The Pain Train” Preston Quinn and “The War Horse” Larry Horsley will face The Geordie Bulldogs, Sean Denny and Marky D, A1, “The A-Lister” Zach Hilton and “Number One” Jefferson Early, and the former champions, Da New Bloodz, Da Gift and Da Curse. Who will leave Meltdown the NWA Fusion Tag Team Champions.
Brandon Day will get a chance for revenge when he faces off with The American Ranger. The last time these two men met The American Ranger put Brandon out of action for 2 months by Uncle Slamming him on ramp. Will Brandon Day get the Vengence he is looking for or will The Ranger leave him laying again?
Speaking of being out of action, “The Wiseguy” Jimmy Cicero was the NWA Continental Champion and was involved in a tremendous feud with the American Ranger and Sheik Ali Akbar’s Army of Destruction when a car accident ended his career. He was forced to give up his Continental Title and has been unable to get the revenge he sought against the Sheik, the Ranger and his Army. “The Wiseguy” returns to NWA Fusion to tell all the fans where his career stands and what’s next for Jimmy Cicero.
Two Titans of the Mid-Atlantic Clash! “The Heat-Miser” Scotty Blaze and “Big Time” Mike Booth have been two of the greatest wrestlers in the Mid-Atlantic over the last decade. These two men will meet in a gigantic battle on October 16th.
