-“The Mythan Warrior” Steve Anthony(c) vs. “The Texas Lion” Houston Carson
For the past two months, Houston Carson has attacked Steve Anthony & left him laying in the middle of the ring. Due to these circumstances, NWA Elite Officials didn’t hesitate to grant Anthony a match with Carson on the condition that it would be for the NWA Elite Heavyweight Championship! It should be noted that this is the first time they will have faced each other in an NWA Elite ring.
These men are two of the best & will do battle like two silver back gorillas when they face each other this Sunday!
***”GameChanger” Xtian Blake vs.Vordell Walker
Vordell Walker, literally one of the strongest men in Professional Wrestling, attacked Blake after his match in November 2015 against Anthony. Blake is looking for revenge & you can bet that he’ll get some this Sunday night!
***”BattleBorn” John Saxon vs. “Redd Dogg” Rodney Mack
These two men have been warring with each other for a long time now & they are already two of the participants in a Triple Threat match for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship this Saturday night, February 20, at NWA Mid South presents #Supercard9 in Dyersburg, TN when they challenge Empire member “The Golden Boy” Greg Anthony for the title. The only question now is will their match Sunday night be for the NWA National Heavyweight Championship? Either way, you can rest assured that Rodney Mack & John Saxon will be looking to tear each other limb from limb!
***Americos vs. Lucha Locura
These two high flying competitors will leave the fans in amazement when they take to the air to do battle at “Rise of an Empire”! Their match would be at home in any ring in Mexico as well as Japan as they’re both very similar to the luchadors from south of the US/Mexico border & the technical & fast paced encounters from the Land of the Rising Sun!
