New NWA Tag Team Champions

According to Luchablog, the NWA tag team titles were defended tonight at the Ring of Honor event in Chicago. Villains Enterprise members PCO and Brody King were defeated by the artist formerly known as Bram (Thomas Latimer) and Royce Isaacs.
Brody King and PCO won the titles back in April at the 2019 Crockett Cup. The Villains outlasted the duo Kojima and Nagata, The Briscoes, and eventually Isaacs and Latimer. The titles had not been defended since the duo won the titles. It should be noted that “The National Treasure” Nick Aldis’ insurance protection Kamile, aided in the new tag team champions in victory.
Two months ago the relationship between Ring of Honor and the National Wrestling Alliance came to a close, leading many to wonder about the future of the NWA World Tag Team Championship.
Prior to the Crockett Cup, Isaacs and Latimer were not a regular tag team. Royce Isaacs has been a stand out in the United Wrestling Network at one point holding both the United Wrestling Network Television Championship and the Hollywood Heritage Championship. Latimer has been working in Mexico as of later working for the new promotion NLL which is headed by El Patron Alberto Del Rio and Chavo Guerrero Jr. In fact, they shocked many by winning the Battle Royal for the final spot in the tournament. Then shocked the crowd by defeating crowd favorite Crimson and Jax Dane.
The National Wrestling Alliance is set to take to Atlanta Georgia for their debut in-studio TV taping. And now they have tag team champions who will be in action.
