My Hate to Hold | World Junior Heavyweight Championship Match | NWA

The rivalry between Colby Corino and Homicide is Personal. The very real hatred that was bred through the legacy of the Corino family has finally been rooted in the National Wrestling Alliance. Years by gone, saw former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Steve Corino take exception to a young up-and-comer in Ring of Honor, by the name of Homicide. The two battled often. Some scars from their wars never heal.

Colby Corino was never burdened with his father’s battles. It’s as if he welcomed them.

When it was announced that Corino would get a one-on-one match with Homicide for the NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Championship. Their battles have spilled out of Game Changer Wrestling, Capitol Wrestling, and now into the National Wrestling Alliance. The two have only shared the same ring at NWA Crockett Cup 2022 when they fought each other as well as Austin Aries and Darius Lockhart to become the new champion. Homicide would win. But this match was destined to happen.
