Twenty years ago the National Wrestling Alliance was a very different place than it is today. The stars of the NWA would tour their territories and build reputations without the spotlight of a rockstar millionaire and a popular wrestling series. Taking a look back at the second version of the territory days in the 2000s, Jay Cal sits down with former NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Jerrelle Clark to talk about his time in the NWA. Winning the World Jr. Heavyweight Championship and his time working for Joe Price and NWA Florida along with his time in Impact, ROH, and FIP. This pre-recorded interview will close out tonight’s The Alliance Guys Podcast.

Before we get to the interview we will discuss all things NWA. Including, the recent list that ESPN Announced, a Top Ten Under 30 list of wrestlers. Surprisingly not one single NWA Wrestler was on that list. We’ll examine the list and decide if we would include any of the NWA talent under 30 on this list.

Also, we will discuss the recent comments from EC3 from his sit-down interview with Joe Galli via Instagram Live. Not only did EC3 accept the match stipulations that Tyrus has offered for their encounter at the 75th Anniversary, but he also breaks some of his own news with regards to Exodus Pro Wrestling and its association with the NWA.

We’ll run down the happenings of NWA POWERRR as the NWA heads towards the 75th Anniversary Show.
