Indy Power Rankings For the Week of December 23rd, 2013

For the Week of December 23rd, 2013
1. Adam Cole-On the last edition of the Indy Power Rankings for 2013 (next week’s counts toward 2014), the ROH & PWG World Champion ties the record number of times ranked at #1 as he gets his fifth #1 this week. He successfully
defended the PWG Title vs Chris Hero on 12/20 and Johnny Gargano on 12/21.
2. Drake Younger-“The Ultraviolent Golden Boy” has been absolutely unstoppable in recent weeks. On 12/20, he defeated Tommaso Ciampa and then followed that up with a 6 man tag victory over The Young Bucks & Kevin Steen where he pinned Steen. A strong finish to 2013 for Drake.
3. The Hooligans (Devin & Mason Cutter)-What more can be said about these bearded bullies? They win every single week and this week was no different as they teamed with Jonathan Gresham to beat Team LSD once again at SNPW.. They are like the modern day Road Warriors, traveling place to place and winning titles everywhere they go. If 2013 was any indication, 2014 should be their
year.
4. Aaron Williams-The Rockstar Pro Champion continues to pile up wins as he defeated Dave Crist of OI4K on 12/18. It has been an amazing year for Williams. Can he continue this type of success in 2014?
5. Drew Gulak-The CZW World Champion continued his winning ways after beating Papadon in an outstanding match at NYWC on 12/21. With 2014 approaching, expect to see more of Gulak in the top 10 on a consistent basis.
6. Best Friends (Trent ? & Chuck Taylor)-This PWG tag team ended 2013 with 2 wins vs The Dojo Bros & The Unbreakable F’n Machines. That makes them 4-0 as a team, overall. Look out for them in the Tag Team Indy Power Rankings in
2014 as well.
7. Rob Terry & Jay Bradley-This makeshift team is 7-0 together (2-0 in OVW & 5-0 in Japan). This week, for a second week straight, they beat Rockstar Spud & Ryan Howe on 12/18. They close out the year with a solid ranking. If they
continue to team, expect to see them in the Tag Team Indy Power Rankings in 2014.
8. Justin Credible-Snubbed no more! After a stellar 2013 he finally gets into the top 10 after a bloody war vs. Matt Striker in an Extreme Rules match at NYWC on 12/21. Now that’s JUSTIN CREDIBLE!
9. Candice LeRae & Joey Ryan-A 2-0 weekend at PWG with victories over RockNES Monsters & The Young Bucks/Kevin Steen. They’ve come out of nowhere to make an impact. Will they be in the Tag Team Indy Power Rankings in 2014?
10. Jonathan Gresham-The former #2 in the Indy Power Rankings gets in after a lengthy hiatus. Over the last 2 weeks he has teamed with the Hooligans to defeat Team LSD on 2 different occasions. On Sunday 12/22 he beat Josh Crane
at IWA/EPW in a fantastic match.
