Former NWA World Tag Team Champions; to the WWE Hall of Fame

The tag team of Bubba Ray Dudley and D-Von Dudley were veritable tag team champions of the World, having held every single major Tag Team Championship in the United States and winning a handful of International Championships. 8 time ECW Tag Team Champions, 8 time WWF World Tag Team Champions, WCW World Tag Team Champions, 2 Time TNA World Tag Team Champions, 2 Time IWGP Tag Team Champions, the Hustle Super Tag Team Champions, WWE Tag Team Champions, to add to their National Wrestling Alliance Tag Team Reign.
Looking back at Team 3D run with the National Wrestling Alliance Tag Titles was kind of unremarkable. They did defeat Hernandez & Homicide (LAX) to win the tag titles. Defended the titles against former NWA World Tag Team Champion in Scott Steiner and Tomko, Abyss and former NWA World Champion Christian Cage for TNA Wrestling. They would have one defense outside of the confines of Universal Studios in Orlando when they’d faced off against the Old School Empire (Damien Wayne & Preston Quinn), Phil Brown and Prince Malik, and the Scottys (Scotty Blaze & Scotty Rocker). Their last defense would take place at TNA Sacrifice 2007 PPV. The duo would defeat both the LAX and Steiner and Tomko. It would be announced during the PPV that the NWA and TNA relationship had come to an end.
Although Brother Ray and Brother Devon were stripped of the NWA Championship Titles, they were still the TNA Champions and held the titles until losing them to Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe at TNA’s Victory Road.
Congrats to Team 3D on their Hall of Fame Recognition.
