Former NWA Women’s Champion Tasha Simone Retires

talkNWA Tasha Simone“La Reina de Piledriver” announced via twitter yesterday, that she would be stepping away from professional wrestling.  During Tasha Simone’s career she held the NWA Women’s World Championship 3 times.  The tough as nails Tasha would face all challengers men and women.  Tasha was also the manager for “The Dragon” Arrick Andrews and “The Real Deal” Derek Neal.

During her career, Tasha was an advocate for pro-wrestling, never referring to herself as a ladies wrestler, but only a wrestler. Tasha’s passion for the business made her voice for putting professionalism back in professional wrestling very clear. Tasha, as a side, also helped trained the Memphis Mofo.

We at Alliance-Wrestling.com acknowledge Tasha Simone’s excellence in wrestling and wish her nothing but the best for what the future holds for her.

Thank You Tasha!
