EC3 POSTPONES APPEARANCE | REVENGE PRO WRESTLING
EC3 recently postponed an appearance for an Erie Pennsylvania-based Revenge Pro Wrestling. Citing the responsibilities of a champion for his inability to wrestle for Revenge Pro Wrestling’s Wrestle Rage 2023, on Saturday, September 9th. This happened a week before needing to pull off an event in Salt Lake City, Utah for Devotion Championship Wrestling.
Via their Facebook page, Revenge Pro Wrestling stated “Due to circumstances beyond our control, EC3 will no longer be appearing next Saturday night in Erie. The NWA pulled him off the event to take part in filming for a Netflix project***. EC3 tried everything he could to make it work, but scheduling wise he just can’t make it happen. But we promised you a double champ challenge and we plan on delivering! Saturday, September 9th at #WrestleRage The Greektown Heavyweight Champion, current Impact Wrestling star “Hardcore” Channing Decker returns to Revenge for a shot at The Revenge World Title! Next Saturday night at The Erie Sports Center it’s Channing Decker vs. John McChesney with Julia Lynn for the biggest prize in Erie Wrestling history on the line! This is gonna be crazy!”
Much like his apology video for Devotion Championship Wrestling, EC3 insists he will return to Revenge Pro Wrestling and plans to defend his ten pounds of gold against John McChesney on a future date. EC3 is scheduled to defend the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship, on Saturday, September 23rd, at The Battle at the Burg.
***A person in the know has reached out to dismiss that this is for a NWA/Netflix project. No such project is in the works.
