NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion will come to Jacksonville, Florida, Saturday, January 8th, 2022. As part of the annual wrestling event presented by The Love-Alive Charity. Trevor Murdoch will bring his Ten Pounds of Leather and Gold to defend against former WWE Superstar Gangrel. And the NWA returns to Jacksonville, for the first time in 30 years.

DUUUVAL BRAWL

The first DUUUVAL BRAWL took place on June 22nd, 2019. The Love-Alive Charity partnered with Fighting Evolution Wrestling. This event gave all students in attendance a book bag and school supplies. In keeping with the purpose of the Charity to ” We aim to improve the quality of life to less-advantaged individuals…” the event will raise money for humanitarian efforts in the surrounding areas. Last year’s event included Da Pope, Tyrus, AEW Talents: Rebel, Red Velvet, Brian Pillman Jr., and JTG. The success of the three previous shows called for a secondary annual show. The Love-Alive Charity also presented the “Great American Clash.”

This year DUUUVAL BRAWL will tie directly to the National Wrestling Alliance. Already announced for the event will be NWA TV Champion Tyrus, Da Pope, JTG, The End, Sal Rinauro, Jamie Stanley, and the voice of the NWA Joe Galli. Also returning to the NWA for the first time since EMPOWERRR, the Manager of Champions Pollo Del Mar. “The Filmmaker” Myk Lee, TJ Skyes, and Anthony Catena will also make their return as they were a part of the Great American Clash event from June.

Early speculation was the NWA would record the event to distribute via NWA POWERRR. Vip Tickets to the event are $25.00. General admission is $10.00. Kids 12 and under are $5.00. Those who will not be in attendance can also donate any amount to The Love-Alive Charity.
