Dane stripped, titles de-unified.

This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise to NWA fans with regards to the decision today to strip reigning NWA Unified North American and National Champion Jax Dane as he has been out with injury for a few weeks now. Dane was on a roll prior to his injury, but the belts typically must be defended in a 30 day period.

Dane is on the mend after successful surgery, but is still expected to be out for the next six months.

After much deliberation regarding the recent surgery of GODZILLA JAX DANE and in view of the fact that DANE will be out of action a minimum of 60 to 90 days pursuant to doctor’s orders – the NWA has decided to immediately order separate tournaments for the NWA North American and NWA National Heavyweight Titles – to be held in Texas and Tennessee respectively.
