[CWFH] Pearce vs. Cabana: 9 The Conclusion, Dec. 21st

They say nothing last forever, but perhaps hate does.

“Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce and Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana will face off in a match being billed as “Nine: The Conclusion” on Sunday December 14th 2014 at the Oceanview Pavillion in Port Hueneme, California as part of the Championship Wrestling from Hollywood event.  Perhaps

At the end of seven grueling matches that spanned cities, states, territories, even the Pacific Ocean in one of the most magnificent moments in professional wrestling, a beaten Adam Pearce with blood pouring from his exposed forehead pulls himself to his feet, while clutching his prized “Sweet Charlotte” and the crowd chanting Thank You Adam.”   Pearce would wax nostalgic about his history with Colt Cabana and at the end, hands the NWA World Heavyweight Championship to the man who won the match (despite the NWA allowing this match to be a sanctioned championship bout.)

It was a moment in professional wrestling like none other and doubtful if that moment would ever be able to be recreated again.  When both men stood in Melbourne, Australia wrestling ring they might have both thought that the Hate was over… it wasn’t.

Flash forward nearly 2 years to the date.  By the demand of Steel Domain Wrestling and the fans of Hopkins Minnesota demanded that match… one more time.  One more chance to see these two modern day legends of professional wrestling grapple inside a steel cage on iPPV.  The finish would see “Scrap Iron” Adam Pearce piledrive Cabana on the floor and again in the ring to defeat Cabana.
