If you’re following Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, you already know that they have recently relocated their taping facilities. When the show premiered nearly four years ago, they were broadcasting at the Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana California. From Santa Ana, they moved to The Regent Showcase Theater in Hollywood, next to the Glendale Studios in Glendale, then in Anaheim at the Business Expo, and before last night they were at the Commerce Casino. Last night, however, CWF Hollywood made the Oceanview Pavilion in Port Hueneme.
Happy with yesterday’s outcome of Championship Wrestling from Hollywood taping from the Oceanview Pavilion. Starting this month, we’re starting a bi-weekly schedule there with hopes of quarterly “Special” events. Thanks to everyone involved from the hospitality, fans, staff, cast and crew!
Some new faces were at the show, Portland Wrestling Legend The Grappler was doing some talent scouting. Showing up during the TV Title Triple Threat Match featuring Joey Ryan (who has the TV Title), Duke (of the Experience), and Mikey O’Shea. The Grappler was also seen scribbling notes during the Willie Mack vs. Ryan Taylor Match. Then of course there was “WWE’s Loss, Hollywood’s Gain” Matt Striker.
The next taping will be August 25th back in Port Hueneme, hope all the SoCal faithful make the commute for one of the best wrestling shows on TV today.
