CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING TO CROWN A WOMAN’S CHAMPION | #UWNNEWS

The United Wrestling Network will crown their first Women’s Wrestling Champion. Talks to crown a new champion span back nearly five years, but it’ll finally come to fruition. Embroiled in a feud between Lacey Ryan (WWE’s Zoey Stark) and Heather Monroe, the United Wrestling Network women’s division was ablaze. Also featuring talents like Cece Chanel, Ruby Raze, and Viva Van, UWN was set to crown its first Women’s Champion. Unfortunately with Covid-19 and the statewide restrictions, a new champion wasn’t crowned.

Two years ago speculation arose about a Women’s Tournament. Setbacks to last year’s taping schedule further delayed the crowing of a new champion. But as announced by David Marquez, the United Wrestling Network will be crowning a new Women’s Champion on February 25th, 2025 at the Irvine Improv, in Irvine California.
