Brian Cage to challenge Nick Aldis at House of Hardcore for NWA Worlds Title

Ten Pounds of Gold: Through These Eyes revealed who will challenge for the Legendary 10lbs of Gold this Saturday Night, December 8th in Philadelphia at House of Hardcore #52. NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis will defend his title against Brian Cage.
The Aldis Crusade officially kicked off when the “National Treasure” was able to reclaim his Ten Pounds of Gold by defeating Cody at the NWA 70th Anniversary Show. Since then the Champion has defended his title successfully, three times. Coming off the heels of a successful title defense against Jack Hager at WrestleCade on November 24th the King Lynn native has a weekend with back to back title defenses. Even going as far as to acknowledge that Brian Cage abilities are near in-human. Although Aldis considers House of Hardcore, enemy territory, the champion has wrestled eleven times for House of Hardcore. Of those matches, Aldis has defended the NWA Worlds Championship six times, (four of which were part of the Australian Tour this summer.)
The Machine’s stock has never been higher, having become a dominant competitor for Impact, Lucha Underground, featured in Internationally with World Series Wrestling, AAA, and even working shows in Chile. Cage recently relinquished the Impact Wrestling X-Division Championship to challenge Johnny Impact at their Homecoming Event in January 2019. Brian Cage is no stranger to House of Hardcore either, he’s worked for Tommy Dreamer thirteen times since 2016.
“No Politics, No BS, Just Wrestling” is the tag like of Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore. Launched in 2012, the promotion promotes live events all around the world. Most recently a tour of Australia but has had events in Toronto, New York, Philadelphia, Maryland, Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, and even California. The promotions current champion is the Twitch/TV Champion, Willie Mack.
The winner of the this title bout will go on to face Bad Dude Tito at Championship Wrestling from Hollywood’s Milestone the following day.
