And your new NWA North American Champion is crowned: Shaun Tempers
A NWA North American Champion was crowned Saturday Night. In the culmination of weeks of wrestling all across the south east, The Temptation stood alone as the Tournament Champion. Shaun Tempers was awarded the NWA North American Championship (not the Bill Behrens cup, which was erroneously reported earlier.) All lot of great talent competed in the series of matches that culminated at the NWA Studios in Corneila Georgia. Long time rivals the Ace Rockwell (who is the reigning NWA Southern Heavyweight Champion) put it all on the line
The North American Championship became vacant with now reigning NWA Worlds Champion the Sheik defeated “Boom Boom” Colt Cabana. The title was stripped, creating a tournament that would see eight competitors battle tooth and nail to reach the upper echelon of NWA Talent.
