NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce had his foot underneath the rope. Much like when Pearce was defeated by Blue Demon Jr. for the belt two years ago. However this time Metro Pro Wrestling Commissioner Matt Murphy wouldn’t let this injustice stand and would restart the match. Pearce had a quick recovery and was able to pin Strider with an old fashioned schoolboy to retain.

This didn’t sit well with the sold out crowd in Kansas.
