AEW’s Leyla Hirsch will face Kamille for the Burke | EMPOWERR

The World Woman’s Championship Match is official for the NWA’s EMPOWERRR Pay Per View. All Elite Wrestling hosted a title qualifying match on AEW’s Dynamite on August 4th. Airing on TNT’s Dynamite, Leyla Hirsch defeated Bunny. Hirsch is now the number one contender to Kamille’s NWA World Woman’s Championship.

“Legit” Leyla Hirsch

August 4th, Leyla Hirsch defeated the Bunny at AEW’s Dynamite. The two faced off at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida. The winner of the match would challenge the NWA World Women’s Championship. Scoring the victory, Leyla will be Kamille’s opponent at the EMPOWERRR PPV. Hirsch is coming off of victories over Diamante and Kelsey Heather in July. She’s had three losses all year; Thunder Rosa, Ryo Mizunami, and Nyla Rose.

“Brickhouse” Kamille

Kamille defeated Rosa to challenge Serena Deeb at When Our Shadows Fall. After her victory over Deeb, she defended at the Gathering II. In that defense, she pinned Kenzie Paige. The Champion would go on to defeat Amber Nova at RCW’s Heat the next day.

EMPOWERRR PPV

Mickie James-Aldis is the Executive Producer for the PPV. She has been searching for the best available women in wrestling. Acknowledging some talents are under contract Mickie has had to put in some extra work. Securing Impact Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo. She also secured the talents of Chelsea Green (Impact and Ring of Honor), Jamie Senegal w/ Pollo Del Mar, and Tootie Lynn Ramsey. Those three have will compete in the 10 Women Battle Royal Invitation. The NWA is also looking to crown Women’s Tag Team Champions for the first time since 1983.

EMPOWERR takes place at the The historic Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta St. Louis, Missouri. This will be the first all women’s NWA Pay Per View.
