Adam Pearce on the WWE Bump!

Former five time NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion made his first appearance on the WWE’s Bump. This show spent most of their time speaking to Pearce about his time as Vince McMahon’s right hand man as seen most recently on RAW setting up the Payback Universal Title Match.

What was interesting as they did spend some time speaking about the National Wrestling Alliance. Pearce was one of the most celebrated NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion of the modern-era. Pearce had defeated Brent Albright in Baymon Puero Rico on September 1st 2007, in the finals of the NWA “Reclaiming the Glory” Worlds Heavyweight Championship Tournament. Pearce would go on to win the title four more times.

Pearce time has champion was highlighted with feuds with Albright, Blue Demon Jr., and Colt “Boom Boom” Cabana. Pearce walked away from the National Wrestling Alliance at the conclusion of the Seven Levels of Hate.
