NWA: New Champion in Smoky Mountain

Chase Owens wins NWA Southeastern ChampionshipAfter a historic 1,951 days there is a new champion for NWA Smoky Mountain.  With a match advertised as the FINALE between the king tenured feud of two of the NWA’s brightest stars, Chase Owens defeated Jason Kincaid to win the prize.  It was just a few years ago these two exchanged the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship.

Some would say that these two shared the moniker of Franchise of NWA Smoky Mountain.  Now that Owens is King of the Mountain, we do not know what’s next for Kincaid.  But we would like to salute his historic reign as champion.
